Finance Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow)
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Monitor and ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Review financial reports for accuracy and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Supervise and guide finance staff to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and internal controls
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA is an advantage
- At least 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in budgeting and financial planning
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High level of integrity and professionalism
