WE ARE LOOKING FOR

ELECTRICIAN

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with technical specifications and safety regulations
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using appropriate testing devices
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure electrical systems are functioning properly
• Identify and estimate electrical materials and equipment needed for projects
• Replace lighting components and other small electrical fittings as needed
• Assist in general facility maintenance tasks, including air conditioning servicing, fire safety system inspections, plumbing repairs, and minor carpentry or painting work
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an electrician in residential and/or commercial settings
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
• Flexibility to perform a range of general maintenance tasks
