Job Summary:
We are seeking a confident, results-driven Lead Generation & Appointment Setting VA (Cold Caller) to drive new business for our commercial refrigeration services. In this role, you'll make outbound calls, run email outreach, and prospect on LinkedIn to connect with sales directors and decision-makers at target companies.

We are seeking a confident, results-driven Lead Generation & Appointment Setting VA (Cold Caller) to drive new business for our commercial refrigeration services. In this role, you'll make outbound calls, run email outreach, and prospect on LinkedIn to connect with sales directors and decision-makers at target companies.
The right candidate is a persuasive communicator with proven cold-calling experience who can confidently book meetings and help land new clients using provided scripts and lead lists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective companies using provided scripts and lead lists
- Book qualified appointments and set meetings with decision-makers
- Run email outreach campaigns to generate and nurture interest
- Prospect and connect with sales directors and decision-makers via LinkedIn
- Identify and qualify potential buyers for our refrigeration service leads
- Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline
- Keep accurate records of calls, contacts, and outreach activity
- Hit outreach and appointment-setting targets on a consistent basis
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound appointment setting
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional phone manner
- Experience with email outreach or email marketing for lead generation
- Familiarity with LinkedIn for prospecting and decision-maker outreach
- Comfortable working from scripts and handling objections with confidence
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience generating leads or selling into B2B services
- Background in appointment setting for trades, facilities, or commercial services
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking
- Ability to run multiple outreach channels at once
- Self-starter comfortable in an early-stage, build-from-scratch environment
