Accounting Officer

Join the dynamic team at Xtreme Works Inc. as an Accounting Officer. In this full-time position based in Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in the company's financial accounting and reporting processes. As an integral part of the Accounting department, you will contribute to the overall financial health and success of the organisation.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable
• Conduct regular reconciliations and analysis of financial accounts to ensure data integrity
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports and other accounting documents
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial information and analysis
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, policies and regulations
• Participate in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• 1-2 years' experience in a similar accounting role.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and reporting standards
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to be assign in Ortigas Center Pasig
