Qualifications & Skills- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance.
- Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Software: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, excellent leadership abilities, and sharp attention to detail.
