Marketing Associate

As a Marketing Associate, you will be assigned to one of our brands.

We, from Hey Boo, are seeking for a qualified team member to contribute to the brand awareness and growth of our milk tea brand. Hey Boo is located in Camarin, North Caloocan City.

• Marketing Associates are generally responsible for supporting marketing campaigns and administrative duties.
• This role supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive sales & growth.

1. Marketing Campaign Execution: Supporting digital and traditional campaigns by managing content, coordinating events, and ensuring promotional materials are prepared YouTube video.
2. Social Media Management: Creating content, posting, and managing social media accounts to drive engagement.
3. Market Research & Reporting: Analyzing consumer trends, competitors, and monitoring KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and ROI to provide actionable insights.
4. Brand Stewardship: Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all communications, both internal and external.
5. Coordination: Acting as a liaison with creative teams, media agencies, and sales teams for inventory and collateral support.
6. Event Support: Assisting with the planning, logistics, and execution of company events and promotions.
7. Collaboration: Working with external agencies and internal teams to maintain brand consistency

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related fields.
2. Skills: Strong communication skills (written/verbal), social media proficiency, basic research capabilities, and proficiency in tools like MS Office or design software.
3. Experience: Previous experience in marketing, social media management, or as an intern is highly preferred.
4. Good communication and coordination abilities
5. Basic knowledge of content creation & marketing
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
7. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
8. Proficient in basic digital tools (Google Forms, Sheets, Docs, messaging apps)
