Printing Machine Operator

Weld Powertools and Construction Corp. is urgently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Offset Printing Machine and Die Cut Machine Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and ensuring the efficient performance of both offset printing and die cutting machines to produce high-quality printed and finished materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate offset printing machines for high-volume production
• Prepare plates, inks, and materials for printing
• Operate die cut machines to cut, crease, and shape printed materials
• Ensure accuracy of alignment, color quality, and finishing
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or vocational course graduate
• With trainings Certificate is a plus
• Proven experience in offset printing and/or die cutting is an advantage
• Knowledge of printing processes, materials, and machine operation
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work
• Willing to be assign in Carmen, Cebu
