- Conducts screening and review of contents being uploaded to the platform in compliance with policy, legal, and safety standards.
- Ensures policy, legal compliance, and safety of content uploaded to the platform.
- Become and remain knowledgeable and passionate about leading e-commerce products, policies, legal, and safety standards.
- Escalate issues to the immediate supervisor in accordance with the MSA and this SOW.
- Capable of coping with peaks in contact volumes during promotion seasons.
- Review contents within agreed latency SLA and standards of quality.
- Complete and pass all required basic product related trainings.
- Completed at least 2 years in college
- Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience
- Experience in content moderation is a plus
- Can exhibit strong comprehension, attention-to-detail and rational decision-making in applying client guidelines in regulating seller content.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in analyzing issues, for evaluation and resolution.
- Capable of coping with peaks in queue volumes during promotion seasons.
- Excellent communication skills rated at a C1 level
- Willing to work in rotating shifts
- Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
