BRANDIOLOGY MARKETING SERVICES

Is currently looking for:

MARKETING OPERATIONS OFFICER

Project Management:

1. Assists the Marketing Operations TL effectively.
2. Collaborates with Marketing Operations TL in implementing total project management plan on a per-client basis across multi functions such as but not limited to marketing, advertising and PR tasks.
3. Manages project requirements (such as manpower, scripts, sampling booth, collaterals, materials, uniform, stocks, events, activations, campaign shoots) with the direction of Marketing Operations TL.
4. Helps the Marketing Operations TL in preparing budget requests and cost estimates.
5. Ensures that the operation expenses of projects are within the approved budget/costing.
6. Prepares project reports to be submitted internally to Marketing Operations TL and COO.

People Management:

1. Responsible for training/hiring competent manpower to be deployed on per-project basis.
2. Works on-field directly with the Shared Services Group.
3. Identifies needs of on-field manpower/personnel during activations or events.
4. Ensure the welfare of on-field personnel and Shared Services Group.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field or with equivalent work experience.
2. Organization and project management skills including the ability to prioritize multiple projects and to complete them according to tight deadlines.
3. Proficiency in the MS Office Suite Analytics and Data and Excel reporting skills.
4. Experience in event management is an edge.
5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite Analytics and Data and Excel reporting skills.
6. Experience in marketing (ATL or BTL) and digital campaigns is an edge.
