Operations(Inventory, Warehouse & Planner)-Pharmaceutical - Manila
About the role
This is a full-time role as an Operations (Inventory, Warehouse & Transport Planner) - Pharmaceutical within the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry for INTEGRATED MARKET SERVICES (PHILIPPINES), INC. in Maybunga Pasig City Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing the efficient operations of the company's warehousing, storage, and distribution activities to support the pharmaceutical business.
What you'll be doing- Develop and implement strategies to optimise inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation planning to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of pharmaceutical products
- Analyse data and forecasts to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and reducing costs in warehousing, storage, and distribution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate logistics activities and resolve any operational issues
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of operational initiatives
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal policies
- Provide support and guidance to the warehouse and transportation teams to enhance their skills and productivity
- Significant experience (5+ years) in a similar operations, logistics, or supply chain role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement process improvements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation planning with experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle WMS) and Microsoft Excel advanced functions
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations including Good Distribution Practice (GDP), FDA guidelines, and local Philippine pharmaceutical compliance requirements
- Adaptability to changing business needs and the ability to work under pressure
