Sales and Marketing Director

Greentree Food Solutions (GFS), a subsidiary of LH Paragon, Inc. (LHPI), is looking for an experienced and strategic Sales and Marketing Director who will oversee all aspects of leading, managing, and executing strategic plans to achieve set goals and directions covering the following key critical areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize daily sales operations across all touchpoints (dine-in, take-out, online, corporate).
• Build performance dashboards and KPIs for sales teams.
• Develop incentive and retention programs to motivate high performance.

• Explore and activate new business opportunities such as partnerships, events, corporate tie-ups, and community outreach.
• Expand reach to new customer segments and locations.
• Analyze market trends and identify expansion strategies.

• Drive the development and enhancement of the company's brand identity to align with market trends and business goals.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms
• Develop initiatives to build customer engagement and loyalty

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in sales/marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in managing a multi-branch or multi-channel F&B brand preferred.
• Strong grasp of tools such as Google Workspace, CRM, analytics dashboards, and marketing platforms.
• Proven experience in sales operations and marketing within the food & beverage, lifestyle, or retail industries.
• Strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and growth strategies.
• Capable of leading cross-functional teams with creativity, and execution discipline.
• Highly collaborative, coachable, and able to thrive in a fast-growing environment.

Preferred but Not Required:

• Startup or scale-up experience
• Visual branding or creative direction background
• Network in events, hospitality, or influencer marketing
