EDGE Tutor is looking for motivated individuals who want to teach English online and work from home, even without previous ESL experience.

This ESL account is ideal for first-time ESL tutors, offering structured support and a clear pathway to qualify for higher-paying premium accounts within 3 to 6 months based on performance.

Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

Hourly Rate: Php 140 to 200

Schedule Availability

Weekdays: 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Weekends: 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Deliver one-on-one and small group English lessons using structured materials
Support learners from different countries as they build confidence in English

About EDGE Tutor

Minimum Requirements

University graduate (any 4-year course)
Bachelor's diploma and Transcript of Records (TOR)
Clear English pronunciation and strong communication skills
Passion for teaching children
No ESL teaching experience required
Background in BPO, VA work, training, education, or similar fields is welcome
TEFL certificate or willingness to obtain one
NBI or Police Clearance
Philippine bank account (for payroll purposes)

Teaching Equipment Requirements

Laptop or desktop with Intel i5 8th Gen or higher
Minimum 8GB RAM and CPU score of 3500+
External 1080p webcam and noise-canceling headset
Wired internet with 25 Mbps plus 15 Mbps backup connection
Power backup capable of running for at least 8 hours

All applicants will undergo structured training and screening prior to deployment.
