HR Intern

JOB SUMMARY:

The HR Generalist Intern will assist the HR team in executing various administrative and strategic tasks. This role is designed for a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, records management, employee engagement, and labor law compliance.

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various job portals and social media platforms.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

1. Administrative & Records Management

• Maintain and update physical and digital employee files (201 files).
• Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as Notice to Explain (NTE), employment contracts, and certificates of employment.

1. Employee Relations & Compliance

• Assist in the dissemination of company policies and updates to the Code of Conduct.
• Support the HR team in monitoring workplace compliance and health protocols.
• Conduct initial research on labor standards and regional wage orders to ensure internal policies remain current.

1. Special Projects

• Contribute to the development of organizational surveys or marketing plans for internal branding.
• Assist in drafting departmental memos and internal announcements.

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
