Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of HVAC and chiller systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in air conditioning and refrigeration equipment
- Conduct repairs and replacement of defective components
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and service work
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
- Provide timely and efficient technical support
- Collaborate with the team to improve system efficiency and processes
Basic Qualifications:
- Graduate of Technical/Vocational Course in HVAC, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or related field
- With 1–2 years experience in HVAC/chiller maintenance and repair
- Knowledgeable in troubleshooting aircon and refrigeration systems
- Familiar with preventive maintenance and safety standards
- Can read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals
- Physically fit and willing for on-site / field work
- Responsible, reliable, and team player
- NC II (RAC Servicing) is an advantage
