JOB HIRING: SENIOR ARCHITECT
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect who can lead design, planning, and costing of construction projects with strong technical and financial understanding.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Architect (preferred)
- Minimum 10 years experience in architectural design and construction projects
- Strong experience in residential and commercial projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and other design/rendering tools
- Strong leadership and client presentation skills
Core Expertise Required:
- Expert in Architectural Planning and Space Optimization
- Must know how to prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) / BOM (Bill of Materials)
- Strong ability to create Scope of Work with detailed costing and pricing
- Knowledge in materials specification and cost estimation
- Ability to align design with client budget and construction feasibility
Responsibilities:
- Create floor plans, architectural drawings, and 3D perspectives
- Produce walkthrough presentations (Lumion or equivalent)
- Prepare accurate BOQ/BOM and Scope of Work with pricing
- Ensure designs are practical, cost-efficient, and buildable
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and construction team
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and revisions
- Perform site visits and design validation during construction
- Ensure all designs meet quality standards, safety, and compliance
Work Requirements:
- Willing to travel for site visits and client meetings
- Willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Can handle multiple projects simultaneously
