ARCHITECT / CIVIL ENGINEER (CDO/VISAYAS)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering (Licensed preferred but not necessary).
- At least 12 years experience in housing subdivision projects from concept to planning, execute and supervision, completion, and turn over functions.
- Male / Female, and preferably married.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Above average level of proficiency in computer literacy [Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Google Drive, AutoCAD and other relevant software and applications].
- Able to handle and manage construction projects honestly and efficiently, with leadership capacities and potentials, and can function and deliver obligations with least supervision.
- Willing to travel for assignment in the Visayas and Northern Mindanao Areas; preferably with driving skills and Driver’s License.
