Operations manager - Manila

We are looking for an Operations Manager with a deep, comprehensive, and technical understanding of the aluminum and glass construction industry, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment and brings with them a strong network and a record of successful high-end project completions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan Review Mastery
• Evaluate Elevation, Floor, and Section Plans with detailed shop drawings and methodologies.
• Project Costing and Planning
• Prepare and review Bill of Materials (B.O.M.), Bill of Quantities (B.O.Q.), and ensure accuracy in Work & Cost Quantity to Complete.
• Develop and track Catch-Up Schedules to recover project delays.
• Scheduling and Coordination
• Create detailed schedules across Purchasing, Warehousing, and Site Operations.
• Oversee Manpower Loading using Time and Motion studies to optimize workforce deployment.
• Project Execution and Monitoring
• Ensure seamless coordination from design to execution including Performance Mock-Up (PMU) standards.
• Lead billing processes with accuracy and compliance.

• Extensive project management experience in high-end developments within NCR and Luzon
• A strong network of suppliers, contractors, consultants, and construction professionals
• Hands-on knowledge in technical plan review, costing, scheduling, and construction methodologies
