Key Account Officer

A Key Account Officer is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with a company's most important clients. These clients, often referred to as key accounts, are typically the company's largest and most strategic customers. The role involves ensuring client satisfaction, maximizing revenue opportunities, and maintaining long-term partnerships.

Client Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
• Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.

Account Growth:

• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business with existing clients.
• Develop and implement account plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive account growth.

Client Support and Problem Resolution:

• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless service to clients.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Monitor account performance and generate reports.
• Analyze client data to identify trends and insights.
• Provide regular updates to management on account status and progress.

Basic Qualifications:

• Degree in BSBA in Marketing, Operations Management, Financial Management, or any related field of study.
• Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer service is often required.
