- Lead, coach, and develop a team of People Business Partners to deliver high-quality HR support.
- Experience working in global or shared services environments.
- Extensive experience in HR Business Partnering within large, complex, or matrix organisations.
- Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders on people strategy and transformation.
- Strong expertise in organisation design, workforce planning, leadership development, and change.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- A senior, strategic HR leadership role with significant impact on business direction and people outcomes.
