What You'll Do
Brand Outreach & Relationship Management- Execute personalized outbound email campaigns to prospective brand partners using provided templates and our CRM.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to maximize engagement and response rates.
- Respond to inbound brand inquiries and partnership requests promptly.
- Maintain accurate CRM records by tracking communications, deal stages, and partnership progress.
- Research and identify brands that align with our creators' audiences and content.
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists across multiple industries and creator niches.
- Continuously source new partnership opportunities to keep a healthy sales pipeline.
- Gather key decision-maker information, including contact details and professional profiles.
- Discover emerging creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.
- Evaluate creators based on audience growth, content quality, engagement, and monetization potential.
- Prepare comprehensive candidate profiles and recommend top prospects for internal review.
- Ensure all research is documented before submitting recommendations.
- At least 1 year experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Business Development, Outreach, Recruitment, Research, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with CRM platforms (experience with Affinity or similar CRMs is an advantage).
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
- Familiarity with the creator economy, influencer marketing, social media platforms, or digital marketing is a strong plus.
