Develop and implement inspection procedures and protocols.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate and prioritize inspection activities based on production schedules.
Conduct regular audits and inspections.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to quality control processes throughout operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
Monitor and analyze quality metrics and KPIs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of inspection results and non-conformities.
Document corrective actions taken.
Prepare and submit weekly inspection reports.
Prepare and present monthly quality performance reports.
Ensure compliance with documentation and regulatory requirements.
Conduct training sessions on quality standards and inspection techniques.
Facilitate workshops on best practices.
Support skill development and continuous learning of team members.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Graduate.
With background in Telecommunications, specifically on Field Installation and Repair.
