About the Role

We are looking for an Amazon Support & Supply Chain Specialist to support our eCommerce operations. This role will handle daily account management, create and monitor Amazon shipments, coordinate with clients, and ensure smooth supply chain operations through efficient data management and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor assigned Amazon accounts daily for performance, inventory, and account issues.
  • Create and manage tickets using our internal project management system.
  • Create shipments in Amazon Seller Central and coordinate updates with clients.
  • Work directly with Amazon Seller Support (case logs, chats, calls) to resolve issues.
  • Perform weekly audits on fees, shipments, and create reports based on client needs.
  • Use Excel and Google Sheets to manage and analyze large datasets quickly and accurately.
  • Pull data from Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and internal systems to create reports and dashboards.
  • Update tickets throughout task progress until completion.

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central.
  • At least 1 year experience using Send to Amazon workflow.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivots, lookups, conditional formatting, macros).
  • Proactive, forward-thinking, and curious mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
