Sales Agent - Buhangin, Davao

Job description:

✔ Education:

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

✔ Experience:

• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
• Experience in the automotive, glass, or building materials industry is a plus.

✔ Technical & Sales Skills:

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and email communication.

✔ Soft Skills & Work Ethics:

• Above Average communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident in achieving sales targets.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

✔ Other Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel for client meetings.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday and adapt to flexible schedules based on sales needs.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Saturday (May vary depending on client visits and business needs).
