The Opportunity
We’re growing and looking for a smart, people-savvy Recruiter to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with top talent, is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to support boutique clients with premium-level service.You’ll be helping us source and place candidates primarily in the U.S., so strong English communication and cultural familiarity are a must.
What You’ll Do
Assist with end-to-end recruiting across multiple roles in construction, design, and admin supportWrite engaging, targeted job ads tailored to our clients and their markets
Post to job boards, LinkedIn, and internal platforms
Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews
Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications
Maintain records in our ATS (we use Notion, Google Drive & other digital tools)
Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers
Occasionally support onboarding and offer letter creation
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)Near-native American accent with excellent spoken and written English
Familiarity with ATS platforms like ApplicantPro, Freshworks, Kalibrr, or similar
Familiarity with construction or trades-based roles is a plus, but not required
Tech-savvy – you’re comfortable using Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and job boards
Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple searches at once
Must be willing to work in the HAST (Hawaii-Aleutian Standard Time) time zone or 5:00 am to 9:00 am, Manila time.
Reliable internet connection, proper equipment, and a backup power supply are requiredFriendly, professional, and dependable
