Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Initiation:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify and allocate resources, tools, and personnel.

1. Team & Stakeholder Management:

• Lead and coordinate project teams (engineers, designers, contractors, etc.).
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Ensure team members understand project goals and expectations.

1. Execution & Monitoring:

• Oversee daily project activities and progress tracking.
• Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and standards.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, risks, and issues.

1. Budget & Cost Control:

• Manage project expenses and financial forecasts.
• Track costs and prevent budget overruns.
• Approve payments and review vendor contracts.

1. Quality & Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and audits.
• Implement corrective actions when necessary.

1. Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare progress reports, status updates, and final project documentation.
• Maintain records of project changes, risks, and approvals.
• Present reports to clients, executives, or stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or related field.
• Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Six Sigma) are an advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, Trello, Asana, etc.).
• Knowledge of contract management, procurement, and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Work Environment & Salary Expectations:

• Works in offices, construction sites, or manufacturing plants.
