About the role
TempleTech Finance Corp. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Billing Supervisor to join our dynamic team in our Pasig City Metro Manila office. As a Billing Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing to our valued clients.This is a full-time position that offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our Accounting department.
Australian citizens, permanent residents, or candidates with valid Australian work rights are required for this position.
What you'll be doing- Managing and supervising the billing team, including delegating tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance
- A minimum of 3+ years of supervisory or team management experience is required for this role.
- Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing to clients, including the review and approval of invoices
- Monitoring accounts receivable, managing credit control, and following up on outstanding payments
- Identifying and resolving billing-related issues, such as discrepancies or disputes
- Implementing and maintaining effective billing processes and procedures to improve efficiency
- Generating and analysing billing reports to provide insights and recommendations to the management team
- Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments, such as Sales and Finance, to ensure seamless billing operations
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a billing or accounts receivable role, preferably in the Accounting/Finance industry
- Strong understanding of billing processes, credit control, and accounts receivable management
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve billing-related issues
- Proficient in using accounting software and CRM systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
