The StoreSupervisor is responsible for the efficient day to day operations of stores by managing and coordinating stock inventories and deliveries with logistics, managing personnel conduct and schedules, accounting all cash sales against inventories ensuring that all records are updated and transparent.
Ensure profitability of all stores under his/her area.- Examine and analyse all relevant data and give out recommendations to the General Manager and or CEO if necessary.
- Update management on new business opportunities and process improvement.
- Relationship management with AMs and AS, lessors and other internal departments.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Management
- At least one (1) year of relevant work experience in retail store operations.
