Packaging Graphic Designer (Remote | Night Shift | Competitive Salary!)

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with strong experience in packaging design and print production workflows. This is a specialized design role focused on creating packaging artwork, dielines, and production-ready files for manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create packaging designs, artwork, and patterned graphics for products such as packaging, scrapbooking papers, and embellishments
• Develop packaging dielines for various structures including rigid boxes, folding cartons, and e-commerce packaging
• Prepare print-ready production files in Adobe Illustrator and PDF formats
• Set up files with correct structure including bleed, dielines, and layered elements (CMYK, spot colors, foil, UV, embossing, varnish, etc.)
• Ensure accuracy of files for mass production and manufacturing requirements
• Create sample marketing materials such as product folders and printed mockups
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure correct execution of designs in manufacturing
• Support occasional web graphics or digital assets.

Qualifications:

• 3 years experience working with US based companies.
• 3-5 years strong experience in packaging design and print production
• Experience in Manufacturing is required
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator and Photoshop required)
• Experience creating packaging dielines and production-ready artwork
• Strong understanding of print manufacturing processes (offset, UV, digital, etc.)
• Knowledge of post-press processes such as foil stamping, embossing, varnish, and lamination
• Experience preparing layered print files (CMYK, spot colors, special finishes)
• Familiarity with packaging or paper-based products is a strong advantage
• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and PowerPoint
