Content and Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy:

• Develop compelling written, visual, and multimedia content for social media, website, and marketing materials
• Craft messaging that aligns with the company’s brand identity and objectives
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement

Social Media Management & Engagement:

• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), ensuring brand consistency
• Implement engagement strategies to grow and interact with the audience
• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Graphic Design & Multimedia Content:

• Design graphics, infographics, and other visual assets to support marketing campaigns
• Work with the team to create engaging video content for digital platforms
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and enhance digital presence

Analytics & Optimization:

• Track and analyze content performance using social media insights and analytics tools
• Provide reports and recommendations for content improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance engagement

Collaboration & Campaign Support:

• Work closely with the Marketing Manager and other departments to align content with company objectives
• Support marketing campaigns with creative assets and social media promotions
• Assist in digital marketing initiatives and brand-building efforts

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing
• Strong writing, storytelling, and visual content creation skills
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
• Experience in social media analytics and engagement strategies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
