About the role
Autohub Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated Parts Warehouseman to join our logistics and distribution team based in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient storage, organisation, and distribution of automotive parts throughout our warehouse facility.As a Parts Warehouseman, you will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, managing stock flow, and supporting our broader supply chain operations. Your contribution will be essential to meeting our delivery commitments and maintaining the high standards our customers have come to expect from Autohub Group of Companies.
What you'll be doing- Receiving, inspecting, and logging incoming automotive parts shipments into the warehouse management system
- Organising and storing parts in designated locations, ensuring proper labelling and identification for easy retrieval
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently according to customer specifications and delivery schedules
- Conducting regular inventory counts and reconciling stock levels with system records to maintain accuracy
- Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and responsibly
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles whilst ensuring parts are secured and protected during transport
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the warehouse, adhering to health and safety standards
- Identifying and reporting damaged, defective, or obsolete parts, and processing returns as needed
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse targets
- Assisting with cycle counts and year-end inventory audits
- Graduate of Automotive Course or any related course
- Proven experience working in a warehouse, distribution centre, or similar logistics environment, preferably in the automotive or parts sector
- Strong organisational and inventory management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent time management and ability to work efficiently to meet daily targets
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities with a collaborative mindset
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to standard operating procedures
- Reliability and punctuality with a positive work ethic
- Experience with inventory auditing and stock reconciliation is preferred
- Knowledge of automotive parts nomenclature and classification is a plus
