Accounting Supervisor

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to support the Accounting Manager in overseeing daily accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting experience who can help lead the accounting team and maintain compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Accounting Manager in supervising daily accounting activities
Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and reconciliations
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors when needed
Help improve accounting procedures and internal controls

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage
At least 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
Highly organized with strong analytical and leadership skills
