What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in social media management or content creation with a proven track record.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience or familiarity with YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and other social platforms for B2B engagement.
  • To plan, design, create and execute a broad range of video content for websites and social media channels.
  • Create content for, and manage content for Google My Business channels.
  • Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for content creation.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong motivation to grow your career in digital marketing and content creation.

Additional Desirable Qualities:

  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook/TikTok Analytics or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO and how it integrates with social media strategies.

As a Social Media Manager and Content Creator, your role will include:

  • Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Content Creation: Design visuals, write captions, and develop blog posts, newsletters, and other digital materials.
  • Community Engagement: Foster interactions with followers, respond to inquiries, and build brand advocacy.
