Job Summary-

We are looking for nursing/pharmacy or related graduates in ensuring patients, healthcare providers, and partners receive accurate, timely, and compassionate support related to pharmaceutical delivery services. This role is responsible for enrolling patients into prescription delivery programs, verifying eligibility, coordinating with pharmacies, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience.

Key Responsibilities-

Enrollment & Processing

Facilitate the enrollment of patients into pharmaceutical delivery programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Ensure timely processing of enrollment requests to avoid delays in medication delivery.

Customer Service-

Handle calls, emails, or chats from patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals regarding enrollment, order status, delivery timelines, and program information.

Qualifications
  • Nursing graduate required; nursing license preferred but not required.
  • 3 months BPO experience
  • Good communication skills with the ability to explain medical terms in a clear and empathetic manner.
  • Detail-oriented with data entry, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, patient confidentiality) and insurance processes is a plus.
  • Open to graveyard shift and office work in Ma-a, Davao City.
