Sales admin

Job Summary

The Sales Admin helps maintain accurate sales records and assists in the efficient execution of sales operations.

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Team and Sales Manager.
• Prepare, update, and maintain sales reports, records, and databases.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
• Assist in processing sales orders, quotations, contracts, and other documents.
• Monitor and track sales performance and prepare summaries for management review.
• Coordinate with logistics, accounting, and other departments to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing sales-related events.
• Ensure all sales files and documents are properly organized and archived.
• Support the team in handling after-sales concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Sales Manager or management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or related role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
