Manila - Account manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Account Manager to join our growing BPO team. This role is ideal for someone who can manage the front end of the business — from pitching and converting new client leads, to coordinating staffing requirements and ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.

You'll work closely with prospective and existing clients, operations, and recruitment teams to deliver outstanding service and build trusted long-term partnerships.

• Engage with inbound and referred prospects, lead discovery calls, and deliver tailored solution pitches
• Convert opportunities into active client accounts through effective consultation and relationship building
• Understand client staffing requirements and work with internal teams to source and deploy talent
• Manage day-to-day client interactions, ensuring service quality, responsiveness, and satisfaction
• Identify and resolve client concerns or escalations with speed and professionalism
• Collaborate with leadership on pricing, proposals, and strategic account development
• Contribute to business growth by identifying upsell or expansion opportunities
• Help shape processes and, over time, build and mentor a small client-facing team

• 3–5+ years’ experience in account management, client services, or business development, ideally within a BPO, outsourcing, or recruitment environment
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Commercial mindset with a drive to grow accounts and close deals
• Experience working with Australian, US, or UK clients is highly desirable
• Proficiency in CRM tools and proposal writing is an advantage
