About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Manual QA Analyst who is passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and coordinating functional testing activities to ensure applications meet both business and technical requirements.You will work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and execute functional testing activities for assigned projects.
- Develop, review, and maintain test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test reports.
- Execute manual testing for web, desktop, or enterprise applications.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using defect management tools.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis to help identify issues.
- Validate that delivered applications meet functional, business, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate testing activities with Business and IT teams to ensure quality deliverables.
- Monitor test execution progress and provide timely updates on testing status, risks, and issues.
- Ensure testing processes comply with established IT policies, standards, and quality guidelines.
- Work closely with developers and stakeholders to resolve defects and verify fixes.
- Provide testing expertise and recommendations to project teams throughout the SDLC.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities when required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Manual Software/Application Testing.
- Strong experience in functional, integration, regression, and system testing.
- Experience creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test documentation.
- Experience in defect tracking and reporting using industry-standard tools.
- Basic troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Familiarity with QA methodologies, testing standards, and best practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Business, Development, and Project teams.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience testing enterprise or business applications.
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum environments.
- Experience using test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, or similar platforms.
- ISTQB Certification is an advantage but not required.
