- 1-2 years of customer service or call centre experience, preferably in a virtual or remote setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to effectively handle a variety of customer inquiries
- Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
- Resilience and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
