We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager with a strong focus on Social Media to lead our digital marketing strategy and elevate our brand presence across all online platforms.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining, executing, and optimizing end-to-end digital and social media strategies. You will drive brand growth, customer engagement, and business performance through innovative, data-driven, and creative digital initiatives.
The role requires a strong balance of strategic leadership, performance marketing expertise, and hands-on execution capability in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the overall digital marketing and social media strategy across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Define and execute long-term digital growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee all social media campaigns, ensuring strong brand positioning, engagement, and conversion performance.
- Lead paid social strategy including budget planning, audience segmentation, targeting, optimization, and ROI tracking.
- Develop and manage high-impact content strategies across all digital channels.
- Supervise content creation, publishing schedules, and campaign execution across teams.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic insights, reports, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Lead community management strategy to ensure strong customer engagement and brand reputation management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including creative, content, design, sales, and product teams for integrated campaigns.
- Drive influencer marketing strategy and partnerships to expand brand reach and credibility.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to maintain competitive advantage.
- Lead digital campaigns for product launches, brand initiatives, and seasonal promotions.
- Mentor and guide junior marketing team members (if applicable).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with strong expertise in social media strategy and execution.
- Proven track record of leading successful, large-scale digital and social media campaigns.
- Strong experience in paid social advertising, digital performance marketing, and ROI optimization.
- Advanced knowledge of platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Expertise in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and other marketing analytics platforms.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into digital strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, SEO, content marketing, and audience behavior.
- Experience in video content strategy and influencer marketing is highly preferred.
- Strong project management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
