Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Leadership
Employment Law&Compliance- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, regulations, and employment standards.
- Serves as a trusted advisor on employment law matters, including employee discipline, termination, and dispute resolution.
- Conducts internal investigations and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring confidentiality.
- Create,update, and enforce HR policies to align with legal and organizational standards.
- Overhaul the employee handbook to ensure compliance, clarity, and alignment with company culture.
- Establish fair and transparent policies for performance management, attendance, and career development.
- Foster a positive employee experience by addressing concerns with empathy and discretion.
- Act as a mediator to address employee grievances and maintain harmonious workplace relations.
- Develop strategies to reduce turnover and improve retention while maintaining trust and confidentiality.
- Assists the leadership team in managing employee performance through evaluations, coaching, and development plans.
- Provides support in implementing corrective actions to address performance issues in alignment with company policies.
- Ensures a consistent and legally compliant approach to performance management and disciplinary actions.
- Streamline workflows and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.
- Lead HR process optimization initiatives, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
- Proactively identify and address gaps in HR operations.
- Designs and delivers training programs to build leadership and technical skills.
- Address workforce skill gaps and support career progression initiatives
