Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Leadership

Employment Law&Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, regulations, and employment standards.
  • Serves as a trusted advisor on employment law matters, including employee discipline, termination, and dispute resolution.
  • Conducts internal investigations and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring confidentiality.
Policy Development & Handbook Revamp
  • Create,update, and enforce HR policies to align with legal and organizational standards.
  • Overhaul the employee handbook to ensure compliance, clarity, and alignment with company culture.
  • Establish fair and transparent policies for performance management, attendance, and career development.
Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Foster a positive employee experience by addressing concerns with empathy and discretion.
  • Act as a mediator to address employee grievances and maintain harmonious workplace relations.
  • Develop strategies to reduce turnover and improve retention while maintaining trust and confidentiality.
Performance Management & Corrective Action
  • Assists the leadership team in managing employee performance through evaluations, coaching, and development plans.
  • Provides support in implementing corrective actions to address performance issues in alignment with company policies.
  • Ensures a consistent and legally compliant approach to performance management and disciplinary actions.
Process Improvement
  • Streamline workflows and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.
  • Lead HR process optimization initiatives, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
  • Proactively identify and address gaps in HR operations.
Training & Development
  • Designs and delivers training programs to build leadership and technical skills.
  • Address workforce skill gaps and support career progression initiatives
