Head of compliance

Role Summary

Lead all regulatory compliance, licensing, AML/KYC, corporate governance, and PAGCOR/PIGO-related requirements. Serve as the primary liaison with regulators and ensure the company operates within all applicable gaming regulations.

• Oversee all compliance, regulatory, and licensing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with PAGCOR regulations, AMLA, KYC, Data Privacy Act, and corporate governance standards.
• Manage regulatory filings, permits, licenses, and corporate documentation.
• Lead compliance audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for PAGCOR and other regulatory bodies and maintain the key relationships with these agencies
• Conduct compliance training and awareness programs across the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Compliance experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Direct experience within PAGCOR-regulated gaming, i-Gaming, online casino, or sportsbook operations. PIGO licensed company experience a plus
• Strong knowledge of AML/KYC, regulatory reporting, licensing, and corporate governance.
• Proven experience managing regulatory audits and government stakeholders.
