Position: General Manager for Independent ATM Deployer (IAD) Business
The General Manager for IAD Business will oversee and drive the overall ATM operations, growth, and strategic direction. The role is accountable for ensuring sustainable profitability of current and planned ATM sites, regulatory compliance, and outstanding customer service across the ATM business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the IAD business to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
- Provide leadership across operations ensuring consistent delivery of high quality ATM services to clients
- Manage and oversee the Site Selection team
- Manage and strengthen key partnerships with lessors, banks, service providers, and regulatory bodies
- Identify opportunities to expand the ATM network, including new site acquisitions and strategic alliances
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to ensure the business remains competitive and compliant
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and operational KPIs, ensuring the business meets financial targets
- Manage the performance of commercial offsite ATMs and expansion activities from ATM deployment and other compliance measures
- Conduct periodic ocular site visits on existing ATM locations.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accountancy, IT, or any related field. MBA would be a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in operations, business finance, and partnerships, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, negotiate, and drive performance outcomes
- Advanced business financial modeling and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong business acumen in the banking and financial services sector
- Willing to work on extended hours
