About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to support our finance and accounting operations at our Antipolo site. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth daily accounting functions.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in a supportive and process-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Booking of purchase orders and monthly payroll
- Preparation of BIR Form 2307 for suppliers
- Posting of payables and disbursement of payments in the accounting system
- Releasing paid Requests for Payment (RFP) via SharePoint
- Posting journal vouchers, including those for asset disposals
- Collecting and organizing receipts from paid vendors
- Replenishing petty cash, work-from-home load, and RFID load
- Preparing and printing cheques
- Updating the status of RFPs from the previous year
- Posting journal vouchers, billings, and other accounting entries in Zoho Books
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting systems (Zoho Books is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willing to work onsite in Antipolo
