Finance Operations Associate - with Australian Finance work experience - Quezon City

JOB TITLE: FINANCE OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE with Australian Finance and finance warehousing work experience - need only apply

Focusing on Finance warehouse transactions experience and Property (residential or commercial) AU Biz Lending operations background

• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations across multiple bank accounts.
• Investigate and resolve variances or unreconciled items in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all transactions are properly recorded and supported.

1. Warehouse Operations & Bank Transfers

• Review and reconcile warehouse-related transactions in the ledger.
• Monitor and process daily transfers via the bank portal as instructed by the finance team.
• Assist in tracking funds movements and ensuring correct allocations across entities or business units.

1. Journal Entries & Ledger Support

• Prepare and post journal entries into the general ledger as directed.
• Assist with accruals, prepayments, and allocation entries.
• Maintain supporting documentation for audit and review purposes.

1. Ad-hoc Finance Support

• Provide assistance to senior finance staff with reporting, reconciliations, or analysis as needed.
• Assist during month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support the finance team with documentation, filing, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar finance or accounts role with Au lending financial company
• Basic understanding of general accounting principles and bank reconciliation processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting and AP software (e.g. MYOB, ProSpend, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

• 2:00 pm, 6:00 am
• 3:00 pm, or 7:00 am
• 4:00 pm Mondays
• Fridays
