Inventory Clerk

  1. Conducts monthly actual inventories;
  2. Compare on-hand inventory against system records/documents ensuring adherence to established procedures and guidelines;
  3. Performs investigations for any inventory discrepancies;
  4. Prepares a monthly inventory report which includes reconciliation status, list of old, dirty, defective, lacking, excess stocks after conducting monthly inventories to store and report it to Consignment Manager, Brand Manager, Area Managers, and other person related;
  5. Process store to store direct transfer;
  6. Process store to event direct transfer;
  7. Maintain system accuracy by encoding all incoming and outgoing deliveries, pull outs, transfers, sold items on a daily basis;
  8. Prepares monthly sales invoices;
  9. Prepares sales associate/event team charges due to cash shortages, inventory shortages, incorrect pricing, etc.);
  10. Performs inventory counts for other accounts like Chris Sports, Toby’s, Olympic Village, and other stores;
  11. Verifies cash against sales and reports any discrepancies;
  12. Counts petty cash, audits receipts, and reconcile;
  13. Prepare event worksheets that track item movement;
  14. Conducts event actual inventory of returned items and reconcile data;
  15. Assist Event team on post event inventories;
  16. Performs inventories and update reports (system and excel) on behalf of absent inventory clerks;
  17. Performs additional related tasks as directed by the Consignment Manager.
