Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and facility needs
  • Manage and maintain Gov’t Business Permits and documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Petty Cash Custodian (Disbursement / reimbursement)
  • Preparing RFP for Utility bills
  • Preparation of Contract for Investor
  • Maintain clients records and requirements.
  • Monitor Loan Borrower Payment
  • Liasing of Government compliances.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
  • Work location: Makati City
  • You will deploy to Huey Financing Inc (Other company)
