Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and facility needs
- Manage and maintain Gov’t Business Permits and documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Petty Cash Custodian (Disbursement / reimbursement)
- Preparing RFP for Utility bills
- Preparation of Contract for Investor
- Maintain clients records and requirements.
- Monitor Loan Borrower Payment
- Liasing of Government compliances.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
- Work location: Makati City
- You will deploy to Huey Financing Inc (Other company)
