ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT / JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

Trimark Fashion International, Inc. is looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a basic understanding of accounting principles, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records
• Process invoices, payments, and expenses
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts
• Prepare financial reports and assist in month-end close processes
• Support payroll processing and tax filings
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Collaborate with other departments for financial data analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• 0-2 years of accounting experience (preferred) (WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE FRESH GRADUATE TO APPLY)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles (preferred)
