Assistant Housekeeping Manager supports the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This role ensures that high standards of hygiene, presentation, and service are maintained at all times to provide guests with a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Bachelor’s degree in

Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).

Minimum 3–5 years experience in Housekeeping on a similar capacity.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemical safety, and housekeeping procedures.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
