Job description

Qualifications:

• A graduate of BS Architecture
• At least 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience with a focus on construction, project documentation, and technical drawings
• Proficient in technical planning and design
• Proficient in understanding construction drawings
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, BIM Modelling (Autodesk Revit or Any Software), SketchUp and Microsoft office application
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High initiative and a Self-starter

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure filing of plans and carry out document control systems
• Assist in plan reviews during design stage and site inspection of ongoing projects
• Convert drawings to 3D models using BIM software
• Perform clash coordination using BIM software
• Assist in preparation of RFI/RFA’s
• Work closely with the Operations Team (Construction Management, Bids, Procurement etc.) to ensure design integrity and compliance during the construction phase
• Conduct regular meetings and coordination with project management team to ensure clash-free project implementation.
• Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure construction is progressing according to plans. Address on-site issues, coordinating with contractors and project teams as needed
