Internal auditor

Job Description

• Assist in conducting internal audits on financial, operational, and compliance processes.
• Review and evaluate internal controls and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.
• Prepare audit working papers and documentation to support findings.
• Participate in risk assessments and help identify areas for process improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of audit reports, including observations, risks, and recommended corrective actions.
• Monitor and follow up on implementation of corrective actions.
• Help ensure that company assets are safeguarded and properly utilized.
• Coordinate with departments to gather and analyze data during audits.
• Maintain confidentiality of audit findings and sensitive company information.
• Perform other related tasks assigned by the Audit Supervisor or Manager.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Internal Auditing, or related fields
• Preferably 1 year experience in auditing, accounting, or related field (Fresh graduate with strong internship or OJT experience may also be considered)
• Basic knowledge of internal auditing principles and procedures
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity
• Organized and able to meet deadlines
