AVAILABLE JOB OPENING/S – HR SOLUTIONS SERVICES ASSOCIATE - SPANISH BILINGUAL

(Blended Non-voice)

Location: One E-Com, MOA Complex, Pasay (Onsite)
Night Shift schedule
Type: Full-time (Permanent/Probationary)
Pay: up to ₱20K basic + ₱1,500 allowance + 30k-50k Php Language Premium + 20% performance-based incentives + 15% Night Differential pay

What You’ll Do:

  • Attend to inbound phone calls and assist callers with employee-related concerns, providing accurate information and support.
  • Perform chat-based interactions with employees on a regular basis to address inquiries and provide HR assistance.
  • Manage and respond to requests through the ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of employee concerns.
  • Provide information related to employment details, personal records, and basic payroll inquiries.
  • Filter, categorize, and prioritize tickets according to urgency and issue type.
  • Reroute or escalate tickets to the appropriate support tier or department when issues require further investigation or specialized handling.
  • Maintain professional communication and customer service standards during all employee interactions.
  • Ensure confidentiality and data privacy when handling employee information.
  • Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in the HR support system.
  • Follow established HR processes, service level agreements (SLAs), and company policies.
  • Assist in maintaining efficient workflow within the HR support queue to meet response and resolution targets.
Qualifications:
Previous work experience in BPO for more than 1 year a Spanish Bilingual customer service (handling Intl. voice and other transactional or B2B accounts or HRO is an advantage)
Strong English & Spanish comms (B2 level and above) & critical thinking skills
Senior High grad / 2nd year college (old curriculum)

Complete pre-employment documents (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, TIN, NBI, COE, etc.)

Must be a local citizen and residing in PH
